Scope:

• Seven precast reinforced concrete segments form the outer shell of the 50’ x 110’ Emptying Basin.
  Each precast segment weighed up to 220 tons.

• Segments were fabricated at a specially PCI Certified site along the river near the dam.

• Use of massive stay-in-place steel formwork formed basin walls.
